Introduction

Golden Offices Pakistan strives to provide high-quality services to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for our services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Refund Policy by Service

UK Physical Number

  • Refund Request: Customers can request a refund for the UK Physical Number service before the parcel is shipped. If the parcel has already been shipped, refunds are not possible.
  • Return Period: Customers can also request a refund within 7 days of receiving their parcel. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Virtual Address Service

  • Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription within 7 days of subscribing to the Virtual Address service.
  • Refund: If canceled within the 7-day period, customers will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

Company Formation Services

  • Refund Request: Customers can request a refund before we submit their company formation request to Companies House.
  • Post-Submission: Once the request is submitted to Companies House or the company is successfully registered, cancellation and refunds are not possible.

VAT Number Application

  • Refund Request: Customers can request a refund before we submit their VAT number application to HMRC.
  • Post-Submission: Once the request is submitted to HMRC or the VAT number is successfully registered, cancellation and refunds are not possible.

UK SIM Balance Service

  • Refund Request: Customers can request a refund before balance is added to their SIM card. Once the balance has been added, refunds are not possible.

Confirmation Statement Filing Service

  • Refund Request: Customers can request a refund before we submit their confirmation statement request to Companies House.
  • Post-Submission: Once the request is submitted to Companies House or the confirmation statement is successfully filed, cancellation and refunds are not possible.

Company Name Change Service

  • Refund Request: Customers can request a refund before we submit their company name change request to Companies House.
  • Post-Submission: Once the request is submitted to Companies House or the company name is successfully changed, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
